Returns & Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form below or send an unambiguous statement to info@hbdesignlab.com stating your decision to withdraw, your order number, your full name, and the email address used to place the order.

We will acknowledge your request without delay. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and components included. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Opened, damaged, used, or incomplete products may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount where legally permitted, reflecting the loss in resale value.

Under Dutch and EU law (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), certain goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Sealed trading card products (such as booster boxes, booster packs, tins, and structure decks) whose seal has been broken after delivery may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where applicable, given their nature as randomized collectible products whose value depends materially on the seal being intact.

Unopened, factory-sealed products remain eligible for withdrawal within the 14-day period.

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned items, including the standard cost of delivery, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
